Dainty Book Box was founded in 2021 by a university student (hi, that’s me!) with big dreams, a book full of ideas, and a bookshelf overflowing with romance novels. I wanted to create something that felt like home and a blend of creativity, culture, and cozy storytelling.

 

What started as a passion project between studying and working grew into a Dainty little book box built on a love for books, art, and for the joy of collecting beautiful things that make your heart happy.

 

Dainty Book Box is an exclusive romance book box featuring limited edition illustrated books, custom character art and curated bookish goodies carefully created with custom illustrations, and an eye for romantic storytelling.

 

Every box is created with care by our small, all-female team of artists and collaborators. 

 

We proudly spotlight indie romance favourites. From dark and forbidden tales to small-town slow burns, spicy mafia, age gaps, cowboys, sports, and everything in between. We love it all!

Dainty Book Box began at a small desk in my room, built between studying, working and of course reading during every spare minute I had in between. Dainty Book Box was created with the love and support of the most important women in my life, especially my mum and older sister. Dainty is a celebration of romance, representation, and the beautiful blend of art and literature.
